Great guest house. The owner is very friendly, he will advise you where to go and what to see. We stop a second time. Very clean and cozy, toilet, shower, hot water. There are air conditioners everywhere. Clear. A large courtyard with a table where you can have a good time. Kitchen, washing machine, etc. It's just a great place! The location is very convenient, quiet, cars do not drive, the boulevard is only a couple of minutes away, and the mausoleum of Amir Timur is 10 minutes away

Very spacious and comfortable apartment! We stayed for 6 days with a group of 8 adults. No one was bothering anyone, there was plenty of room for everyone.
They are very conveniently located within walking distance from the main attractions of Samarkand. The rest can be reached in 10 minutes by taxi (inexpensive). There are shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. They gave me 44,000 rubles.

The most important advantage is the location in the very center of the city. We stayed FOR 2 nights, very convenient. The rest corresponds to the status of the guest house (((. There is one toilet for 4 rooms for 3-4 people. The dishes and the kitchen are not particularly clean. The water in the shower does not leave ((( , The stairs to the basement in the middle of the kitchen are a very original solution and not clear.

The house is located far from roads and noisy streets, only sometimes you can hear children playing in the yard.
4 bedrooms on different levels, interesting layout, comfortable wide beds.
A spacious hall with a classic table for 10 people and a cot!
Good plumbing in the shower.
Air conditioning, washing machine, tea, coffee - everything for a comfortable stay.
The location is within walking distance of the attractions.

It's a nice house, it was rented entirely for a family of 5 people, but it can accommodate a lot more people.
The owner is polite, friendly, always ready to help and prompt.
The house is clean, there is everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, dishes for cooking and eating. The only thing is that there is one bathroom for the whole house. Otherwise, everything is fine.
There is a boulevard and several buildings of the Samara State University nearby. There are a lot of students, but there is also a student canteen where you can have a very budget snack))
The main attractions are also quite close.
I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

In the booking, read carefully, in Bukhara, under the price for the hotel, a tourist fee of $ 5 per check per day of arrival was found in very small print!
