Friendly hosts, affordable price tag, close to the sea (about 10 minutes), there is Parking for cars, there are many hammocks on site for relaxation, there are shops nearby. However, the room had a leak in the wall, which made it smell musty. And there were not enough household items in the room (such as hand soap, toilet paper, an uncomfortable curtain, etc.)

Thanks to Laura and Ardo, hospitable, sincere hosts. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, there are shops, pharmacies, canteens, cafes nearby. The room has EVERYTHING, AND EVEN MORE, threads with a needle, rags, a basin, everything was invented and it pleased me. Beautiful, well-maintained territory.

Responsive friendly hosts, a variety of rooms, Wi-Fi. Lounge area, kitchen, even bars with a horizontal bar. A quiet, peaceful place where you want to stay longer.

Be careful, this is not Sukhum, but the village of Primorskoye. Before reaching N.Athos 5-6 kilometers away. The beach there is wild and, to put it mildly, "dirty". And to go to N.Athos every time, well, it's such a pleasure. But for some reason, in a well-known booking aggregator, the location stands like a New Athos. Which is misleading. The "rooms" themselves are unlikely to reach even 1 star by Turkish standards. On the plus side, there is a hot spring with mud a kilometer away (it is not known where it was brought from).

Probably the host is friendly only to certain guests. The girl and I were not among them for some reason. The hostess, on the contrary, was quite polite, but she no longer wanted to stay. There is a beach nearby, 4-5 kilometers to New Athos

I do not recommend this guest house. It is not located in the Newest Athos. It's a long way from the sea. The room is dirty! I would never recommend such a vacation to anyone. There are much better vacation options in Abkhazia, for this money, with a gorgeous view of the sea.
