It was warm, cozy, spacious, quiet.
Delicious breakfasts, hospitable host.
A minute walk to the cafe and the main square.
On the ground floor there is a garden where you can relax in the fresh air, on the second floor there is a chic balcony with a view of the walls,
The rooms have air conditioning, a good bath, comfortable beds, not as hard as in other guest houses we have met.
The location is top, right in the old town.
You need to enter the northern gate, say the name of the guest house at the entrance, park at the house.
At the northern gate there are a couple of grocery stores and an entrance to the walls for a walk.

A great guest house. Special thanks to the host — a very hospitable person who helped us order a car to Nukus, met us at 5 a.m., and then cooked breakfast for us by 10, and also treated us to tea for free. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Khiva

A lovely guest house. It really felt like visiting friendly and caring people. Everything is very clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the location is luxurious, the view from the window of the room was on the fortress wall and it seemed as if we were transported back to the old days… All the sights of the old town are just meters away. Dear Shakir, we will definitely come to you again and will advise our relatives, friends and acquaintances to stay with you. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The guest house is located on the territory of the Ichan-Kola fortress, near the restored fortress wall. The fortress itself is small, so all the sights are "at hand". The house is clean, cozy, comfortable. Family environment. Polite hosts.

Orzu Guest House is located in the Old Town of Khiva, inside the fortress wall. It's very atmospheric to live among historical monuments, where any attraction is two steps away. At the same time, the hotel is located on a quiet street, where it is always quiet and safe. A huge plus of the hotel is a cozy courtyard with a live turtle, where you can sit and relax from the heat. There is also a spacious terrace with a table where you can smoke or drink coffee with a view of the historical wall. Tourists who have bought a special ticket occasionally walk along the wall and look at you with envy, relaxing on the terrace with soft drinks))) The guest house itself is perfectly clean, because guests take off their outdoor shoes in the hallway on the ground floor and move around the hotel on carpets in socks or slippers. Regular cleaning is also carried out. The host Shakir and his family are very hospitable people who take care that their guests are comfortable. We arrived in Khiva early in the morning. Although we had a check-in at 14:00, we were checked into the room for free at 8:00 in the morning. So the owners always do if possible, if the room is not occupied. Naturally, if the room is occupied, you will be checked in at the time specified in the booking, since the room still needs to be cleaned. Therefore, the claims of some travelers in the reviews are completely incomprehensible, why they were not settled immediately upon arrival. The breakfasts at Orzu are gorgeous: everything is fresh and very high quality, a large selection of sweets and fruits, delicious cheese and sausage, as well as magic tortillas. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioner saves in the heat, as soon as it gets cold outside (on our arrival it happened very abruptly) - the owners turn on the batteries. The pressure in the soul is different, it is so throughout Khiva, we had it mostly excellent. We have only positive emotions from our stay at Orzu. We are especially grateful to Shakir for our departure at 2:30 am to the airport. He found us a car with a good driver for an adequate price in advance and personally escorted us.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights in early October, the room was clean and warm, the heating was turned on because it was cool outside. Location on 5, all within walking distance. Wonderful breakfasts! From the terrace there is a view of the wall with a promenade) Thank you for your hospitality
