Polite and sociable girl at the reception, quick check-in. New, perfect renovation, cozy rooms but could be a little more. There are all kitchen utensils. Clean and pleasant bed linen, snow-white towels. Good sound insulation. Of the disadvantages, there is a barbecue under the windows, where they can arrange night parties (everything was quiet during our stay) and the room is stuffy, despite the fact that there is a temperature control console, but there was no sense from this.

A wonderful guest house, with a small number of rooms, quiet, peaceful. There is parking for 5 cars. Everything in the rooms is new, in fact, the plumbing is good. We were there in the spring, it was possible to individually adjust the heating in the room. The only downside is that it's a long way to the cafe, but we were by car and had a great dinner at Cornflowers. If desired, you can order a steak, they bring it to the room, we already had enough for two times. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, cutlery. In general, the guys are great, keep it up!

Good day. We stayed in two standard rooms. There are no questions about the organization of the check-in, the hotel administration is always in touch. Everything is wonderful inside the room, there is a refrigerator, microwave, necessary utensils. We rested in the summer, in hot weather, the internal air conditioner can not cope with the volume of the premises, fans are offered at the reception. Our rooms were on the ground floor, French windows with access to the patio. As non-smokers, we didn't really like the smoking areas in front of each room. Our wish is to make a lounge area for summer pastime, where you can have a refreshing drink. Parking is well organized: there are places inside and outside, video surveillance is conducted. The rooms are clean, thanks for that special! The staff are friendly and helpful) The cozy atmosphere is created by the cat, a favorite of all the guests. I recommend choosing this hotel.

A wonderful hotel, especially at such an affordable price. Very comfortable bed and shower. Everything is new, clean, everything is at the highest level. If someone comes to Soligorsk, then in my opinion this is the best option, it will definitely be better than in an ordinary city hotel.

I was very surprised by the place. It is quiet, peaceful around and very stylish, clean and beautiful inside. There is a TV, air conditioning, large beds and a very nice clean shower. In general, everything was great.
I think it would also be great to make a light breakfast of coffee and rolls (like a French breakfast) and in general it would be 12 out of 10

It is impossible to sleep without air conditioning, it is terribly hot and stuffy. At the reception, the girl who placed us said that the rooms were all like that, there was no point in changing them. I brought a fan, it worked all night, but it didn't get any better. Besides, the bed linen was synthetic, you sweat even more on it. In general, it was a hard night. On the plus side: the room is clean, modern, towels are fresh, plumbing is in excellent condition. Breakfast needs to be ordered before 8 pm, we did not have time, because we arrived at 9. Thank you for waiting for us at the reception, although, as it turned out on arrival, it closes at 8.
Thank you to the hosts for the cleanliness and modern room, but it is unbearable without air conditioning in summer.

Carefully look at the screenshot from Google maps that the guys are sending. Otherwise, you'll be like us getting there in the dark on a dirt track. And if you want breakfast, please let us know in advance (breakfast for the next day is booked before 20 o'clock).

В гостевом доме были з друзьями. Останавливались на два дня. Номера очень понравились просторные уютные и в них есть всё, что нужно для отдыха. Удобная просторная кровать, стол, мягкие кресла, чайник, микроволновка, вешалки, большой современный телевизор с кучей программ и каналов. На полу ковролин. В туалетной комнате современная сантехника и просторная душевая. Тихо и спокойно. Приветливые хозяева. Нам понравилось очень

Minus is a mosquito that flew into the room and buzzed all night. If they also come up with window screens for the summer, then there will be a fire.
I stopped 2 times. Always excellent service. I recommend it to everyone.

Очень неплохо. Всем спасибо (обслуживающему персоналу). В номере есть всё, для жизни(кроме плиты). Всегда чисто. Относятся прекрасно. Так что можно приезжать.

💯% рекомендация!
Отдыхали сутки в номере на 4 человека. Места нам (а нас и было 4 человека 😊) хватило с запасом даже. 1 большая 2-ух местная кровать и большой, широкий диван. Очень удобные. Выспались 🔥. Лучше, чем дома 😊
Всё чистое, светлое. И пылиночки не увидели.) Удобная кухня в номере, отличный сан.узел. + стиральная и посудомоечная машины. Шкаф, вешалки, фен и полотенчики. Телевизор, интернет.) Всё есть! Понравилось очень. Рекомендуем! 💖

Очень классная , свежая и комфортная гостиница с парковкой и отличными условиями для короткого и длительного проживания.
Жили я с женой и ребенок 4года в номере "комфорт". Удивила хорошая комплектация номера с посудомоечной машиной и стиралкой.
Были 2е суток на выходных. В первые сутки после заселения поехали на меловые карьеры в Любань а потом в парк в Солигорске, ребенку очень понравилось.
Во вторые сутки поехали на территорию Беларуськалия, жена уже фотки красивые делала). Успели пофотать но потом охрана прогнала. (Проверили документы и отпустили).
Вечером пожарили шашлык на территории гостиницы, отличный мангал стоит на углу.
Ребенку был кайф в номере и за ним, выходил прямо из окна (низко и комфортно для него). Территория закрытая и он катался на самокате и гулял по ней свободно).
Нам очень понравилось!

Отличное место, останавливались с друзьями на 1 сутки, заняли несколько номеров. Номера уютные, чистые, новая техника и мебель. В номере люкс есть стиральная и посудомоечная машины, индукционная плита. Рекомендую.

Гостиница на высшем уровне,все новое и современное,кухня со всем необходимым,свч,чайник,стиралка,вода питьевая в свободном доступе.До центра города 5-10 минут на авто. Советую всем,кто останавливается в Солигорске! И главное, недорого!

Остановились буквально на ночь. Но даже за это время можно прочувствовать весь профессионализм и ответственность организации. Есть всё: полотенца, гели дня душа, мыла, чайник, микроволновка, различная посуда, чай/кофе на утро.Всё очень эстетично, красиво, атмосферно. Становиться приятно от осознания, что у нас умеют в профессиональное обслуживание

Езжу много и давно по стране, разных гостиниц, отелей , квартир на сутки повидал немало. Хочу сказать гостевой дом приятно меня удивил и вызвал восторг! Очень удобно, стильно, красиво , аккуратно, тихо, шикарный вид из окна!
