A good store for guitar music lovers. I took an expensive guitar there and was very pleased. The seller (Igor) listened very carefully to all my wishes and advised me what I needed and even made a discount. It's been over a year now, the guitar is playing great. I periodically go in for all sorts of little things, strings, picks.
About other muses. I forgot the shops - there is everything you need here.

I ordered a guitar processor through the website. I made a purchase late in the evening with delivery in the Republic of Belarus. The next day, no one contacted me to confirm/clarify the details of the order. Just silence. I decided that the store either does not follow orders on the site, or does not work at all and ordered on another site. The next day, I received an SMS that my order was sent by cash on delivery. Then I received a letter from Belpost that the order could be picked up. A couple of days later, the seller called, to which I replied that I would not be able to pick up the order. After that, not listening to me, instead of solving the problem somehow, I was simply told "oh, in short, we'll just add you to the block list."
Customer focus 10/10
I do not recommend buying products in this store, which considers itself a marketplace.
If the seller had been adequate and tried to resolve the issue, I would have simply canceled the order placed in another store, but alas.
Two emails were received in the mail, both ended up in spam. The first letter says that my order will be processed in the near future (more than a day - soon?), and the second, two days later, that the order has been shipped.
