We stayed for 10 days with a child of 5 years old. I liked everything, the sea is nearby, there are no waves, unlike the beaches of Lamai and Chaweng. The houses are spacious, the furniture and plumbing are modern and in very good condition. the Internet is already in the price. They took a moped from the owners for the whole period, they made a discount. For this money, you'll work your ass off looking for Koh Samui. I looked at both hotels and houses (more expensive and smaller in size). Peace and quiet both on the beach and in the hotel. The owners are great, friendly and will prompt and help.
