Plus, the air conditioner didn't work well when it was +45 outside, which is very critical, they asked me to fix it 2 times, both times it turned on, worked for several hours and went out again. There are many cheap cafes around, and the metro is a 10-minute walk away. The beaches can only be reached by taxi, but if the goal is to walk around the city, it's quite good.
