The administrator's job is disgusting. I made an appointment for a massage through an appointment.kz. I sat for 30 minutes so that I was eventually told that my master would not come. They also offered to wait for him for an HOUR. When I arrived, the receptionist just sat me down to wait, and she left to chat and closed the door behind her. There was no one at the counter and no one was attending to my visit. If I had at least known right away that the master was not coming, it would have been better than me wasting time waiting. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
