A cool hotel located relatively close to Registan. You can easily walk to it on foot.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the breakfasts are excellent. There was not enough butter on the first day, but after my request it was brought and added to breakfast. Everything is prompt.
The staff is quite adequate, I would love to stay here again. Thanks for the comfort.

The interior of the common areas is very beautiful. Everything is in very good condition. Clean and cozy. A nice restaurant on the 4th floor and an outdoor rooftop area. The hotel offers dry cleaning and currency exchange services.
There are small disadvantages, but you can live (locks in the room do not work well, the water in the shower needs to be drained for a long time so that the hot water goes, if you have a room on the third floor of the main building, the sound of moving chairs in the restaurant above will interfere, they stop putting food for breakfast after 9 o'clock, plumbing is cheap - it can leak, undermine at night, do not hold a watering can).

Гостиница расположена в частном секторе, но совсем рядом с Гур Эмир ( гробницней Тамерлана) 400м и в пешей доступности от Регистана- главной достопримечательности Самарканда.
Сама гостиница очень понравилась- новая, современная, красивая. Номер у нас был трехместный ( назывался номер с балконом- но по факту никаких балконов тут нет вообще!). Номер просторный, интерьер светлый, приятный, дорогие обои, кровати удобные, подушки немного великоваты ( для меня). Есть халаты ( брендированные), тапочки, небольшой холодильник, сейф ( не работал), чайник. Конечно же кондиционер. Брендированные полотенца. Все чистое, меняют ежедневно. Ванна ( не душевая, что редкость; правда душ подтекал..).
Завтраки очень достойные: шведский стол. В среднем по три салата, закуски, горячие блюда, овощи, фрукты, сладкое. Соки, чай. Разнообразно, меню меняется, кофе натуральный, вкусная выпечка. Завтраки проходят в ресторане на террасе 4 этажа ( в закрытом помещении). Интерьер уютный.
На ресепшене встретили очень приветливо, сотрудники вежливые, откликаются на все просьбы. В целом очень даже рекомендую данную гостиницу. Если бы еще приехала в Самарканд- остановилась здесь еще раз.

A very nice cozy hotel in the very historical center. If you want to look at the life of the city as a whole, you can take 3 buses from the railway station. The station is the last one, so you will be happy to stay. The room is small, but everything you need is there, even a bathrobe. There is a Wi-Fi connection. I do not know if I will have time to have breakfast, I have a shark back to Tashkent at 8.35. unlike Tashkent, it is quiet and blissful.

I have just arrived with a colleague at this wonderful hotel. 314 room- attention, the question is, did the owners themselves or the residents spend at least an hour in this bedbug by whom?The stench of sewage is actively seeping into the room, the room is small, like a prison, without windows, stuffy, stinks, then there is a toilet with a singing option:the pump is triggered, the howl of rusty pipes terrifies all would-be residents.And another option, a wonderful one- above the bed, apparently, there are pipes through which water flows, characteristic sounds accompany this joke; in short, water flows over your bed, you hear it all night.My solution is I found another hotel, tomorrow I will be happy to move to a normal hotel. And about the only advantage of being located near attractions- sorry, but there are a lot of hotels nearby, and taxis are cheap, the money that you leave here can be given to a comfortable hotel.I do not recommend it.Even for free.

Уютная гостиница, с удобным расположением к достопремичательностям. Чистые, не большие номера, доброжелательный персонал на ресепшен. Подскажут, помогут, решат ваши вопросы. На последнем этаже ресторан с прекрасной верандой, откуда видно часть старого города. Хорошая кухня, но есть проблемы с наличием алкоголя ) Пару минусов отеля - слабая шумоизоляция, соседей было слышно, жёсткий матрас и не удобные подушки, которые поменяли по моей просьбе ). Ставлю высокую оценку благодаря гостеприимству и ребятам на ресепшен :)

A great hotel with a beautiful interior! Breakfast is included in the price. The hotel is nice and new. Among the advantages: there are many attractions nearby within walking distance; a cozy small courtyard, Wi-Fi in the rooms, beautiful decor, courteous staff. Of the cons: the windows of some rooms (we had 106) overlook a small courtyard, so the walls of the neighboring hotel building are a little pressed; breakfast is from 7 to 10, but if you come by 9:15-9:30, then empty plates are on the line, food is no longer served. Breakfast is served indoors on the roof. I want to point out once again that the hotel is very nice and the staff is trying their best. There is a small gift shop in the courtyard of the hotel.

Был в этом отеле в июне, когда приехал на отдых из Новосибирска. Расположение очень удобное, до многих достопримечательностей можно быстро дойти. Отель очень комфортный, чистый, уютный, завтраки вкусные и большое разнообразие блюд. Отношение персонала заслуживает отдельной высокой оценки. Профессионалы своего дела, отзывчивые, дружилюбные, помогали во всем от бытовых нужд до совета где попробовать вкусный плов. Рекомендую!

We liked the hotel. The bed linen is fresh, it smells delicious. The staff is friendly and resolves any issues very quickly. The kettle in our room did not work, they came to the reception and within 20 minutes they had already brought a new one.

In general, the hotel is good, sustained national style, without overload. Good breakfasts, not much choice, but you definitely won't stay hungry, the only negative is the queue to the coffee machine.
The room service is a little worse, the bed linen has not been changed once in a week, but towels were changed daily. Wet cleaning was also not done, only dry.
We lived in the second building, the windows overlooked the courtyard, where the staff smoked, the smoke went to the room, not very pleasant.

I warn everyone against visiting this hotel!!!
Booked a room for three days, ran away in the morning after the first night. The hotel is very dirty. The photos do not correspond to reality. We stopped by at 10 pm (check in at 15.00), the staff could not find the reserved room for a long time. We found the room to be unmade - disassembled beds, wet towels. There is a smell of damp rotting carpets in the hotel and rooms, garbage in the corners. The room was replaced, it turned out to have no window at all, the window was clogged with plywood or some other material, the bed linen was wet and stained. Soap dispensers are the cheapest, dispensers leak, the whole bathroom is stained.
Breakfast is a separate topic. Burnt apples, stale vegetables and herbs. Visually, only a boiled egg could be eaten safely. Decent coffee for a fee.
The veranda has a really beautiful view, but the veranda is dirty, the glass coverings of the tables are all greasy. There is trash and some building materials in bags on the veranda. The cushions on the chairs were wet. The staff allows themselves to walk around in dirty clothes and swear in front of guests. The staff at the reception are polite and touching with their helplessness. They are not rude, but they cannot solve any problem either.
I watched the cleaning of the room - the cleaner walks with one vacuum cleaner, she has nothing else from cleaning supplies.
The phone in room 308 is hanging in the middle of the wall, wires are hanging from it, and wires from the TV are also hanging on the wall.
I am surprised by the positive reviews.
All the tourists who settled with us were very upset.

Очень приветливый персонал, гостиница удачно расположена относительно всех достопримечательностей, находится в центре. Номера светлые, теплые, чистые. Свежий ремонт. Есть небольшие недостатки: очень скромный завтрак, горячее готовили для нас под заказ, нет нормального кофе (не работала кофемашина). Думаю все наладиться в сезон, тк сейчас гостей мало. Рекомендую.
