This situation I'm going through is nothing to exaggerate, but do employees get so sullen? Even in one of them there is no sincerity, no smiling face. If you leave, you will stop buying the product you are going to buy. I had a product that was not covered by the warranty, yes, while I can say it in a more gentle and friendly way, Mr.DIMPLE lady communicated with me with a sullen expression and a harsh discourse. You expect a huge company, you expect a good welcome, service, but unfortunately I didn't see it here.
