The food is nice and really delicious. The waitress (some, not all) are not so friendly with foreigners.

The coolest cafe is the dumpling shop in the center. The kitchen is excellent every time. The interior is certainly not the freshest, BUT everything is very decent. For fans of dumplings, I recommend it. I visited it for the first time about 10 years ago and since then, probably nothing much has changed inside. The quality and the "brand" are kept to this day. The establishment is time-tested.
