I think maybe it's transparent or it's not visible in the new model, in the end I bought it, they didn't give me a receipt, there was no light in the store, but they had to write out a receipt by hand. The faucet box did not fit, did not switch the shower completely, water was pouring out of the faucet and shower at the same time. I called the store, they answered very culturally, they asked if there was a package, I said they sold it without packaging, they asked for the mixer model and said yes, this model comes without packaging. As a result, after warning another seller who was working that day, I came to the store and laid out the goods, He asked where the packaging was, I say they were sold without packaging, he said it was excluded, all the goods are in packaging and sold from a wall display case (note that I bought the goods, searched and found under over the counter and it is sold without packaging) Then the seller saw the scratches on the nut and said that the product was unpacked and would not accept it back. There was a conflict on the part of the seller, who turned out to be the deputy director. When asked to give the director's number, he said that he did not give out numbers, behaved aggressively and defiantly, and reacted sharply to my explanations. He brought the money for the crane box 12 rubles, put it on the showcase and shouted: take the money (the deputy director must know how to refund the money for the goods or there is no cash register or other in the store), waving his outstretched hand twice loudly demonstrated: Leave our store now and that you You have never appeared in any store of our network!!! He kicked me out several times, to which I said: are you kicking me out of the store?)) Funny, isn't it? Conclusion: I explained the whole situation to the seller culturally, how the goods were sold and that I was politely invited to come to return the goods, they probably said a defect. The scratches seen by the seller on the nut could not have been applied during the inspection, as they did not tighten tightly and everything was done very carefully. And it doesn't look like scratches, I'm sure it's a manufacturing defect, and the seller suggested it on the phone. And according to the actions of the sale, I declare that the product was sold from under the counter, without packaging and already rejected, and as it turned out without a second rubber band. Everyone who participated in the sale knows everything about it, every question and answer, and what they are selling, And I wanted to choose two faucets in this network. I want to warn all customers: be careful, avoid it, otherwise you may be deceived! There are other stores Mainland, Omo, Millet, where respect, culture and reliable goods!
