I am extremely disappointed with the service of this salon. My appointment was cancelled AN HOUR before the scheduled time. At the same time, the administrator was extremely negative about the conversation, justifying that she could not contact me on WhatsApp and resenting why I did not pick up the phone the day before (I keep silent that no one thought about SMS) and a few days ago (the call did not reach me) without even offering an alternative or an apology (the admin's tone was simply unacceptable). I recorded through the recording application and the day before at 19:00 I received an SMS from this application confirming the recording. There are many questions why in 10 days the admins could not cancel the recording at home so that I would receive an SMS at least from the application. I hope the management will reconsider the organization of work and begin to appreciate the time of their clients.
