I visit the Viking gym regularly, because it is located within walking distance from the house, which is very convenient. Two small halls, a changing room with a shower. There is a coffee machine, tea, water from the filter. There are few visitors in the morning, literally 2-3 people, and in the evening there is nowhere to fall. There are enough simulators and equipment for a productive workout. Very pleasant and friendly administrators - Alexander and Juliana. In general, I am happy with everything👌 I recommend you to visit for body beauty and health.

The hall is excellent, very well maintained, and the atmosphere is pleasant. It was my first time training with a personal trainer, and there are questions about this. Vitaly allowed himself a frank lack of boundaries: flirting, touching without permission. Unambiguous phrases in the style of: Girls haven't asked me how to spread my legs wide yet. Dozens of personal questions and tactility without permission. In one of the exercises, he squatted from behind, practically pressing himself against me and telling me to look in the mirror. And the training ended with an offer to go to the spa together. Complete lack of subordination in the workplace. Of course, all this was mixed with a smile, compliments, help with exercises, explanations. Therefore, the question arose: is what is happening now the norm? Be careful. A disgusting experience.

Just as so-so as possible. You'll understand now. I'll start with the pros: 1) For me personally, the main advantage is that there are few people in this room, unlike Gym24 on Pushkinskaya Street, where the bench is literally torn out from under you. You can practice it calmly and not stand in line for the vulture, it even happens that there are no people at all and there is a window for one to try something new and not be ashamed. In fact, this is the only reason why I come here at all. 2) Cheap, although it doesn't really mean much to me, but still... 70 buns for a month's rent is generally tears nowadays. 3) Equipped +- it's fine, although all the sweatpants, belts, weights, dumbbells, benches are (especially) tired and look ugly, but in general it comes from the second point, so okay ... they do their job and OK. WELL, NOW to the cons: 1) The first and MOST IMPORTANT disadvantage, which is why I am writing a 2-star review, is some absurd reluctance to turn on the air conditioner in the summer. Is it +30 degrees Celsius in the room? Stuffiness? Are you already feeling bad because of the combination of these factors and heavy loads? IT DOESN'T MATTER! Go to the fan and cool down, buddy. Moreover, when you go to the admin to ASK to turn on this air conditioner, although why on earth should I even ask for a basic thing - the admin usually starts to crumple and say "yes yes)) right now))" and waits for 30 minutes like "I forgot" until you either leave or score, but If you're asking again, I'll just... turn it on. And it's funny that when it's turned on OR you turn it on yourself, because it's impossible already - after 20-30 minutes, the admin starts walking around this unfortunate panel from the air conditioner and just quietly turns it off until no one sees... did you turn it on again? It doesn't matter! The diligent administrator will not be lazy again and will turn it off quietly. To be honest, it's just so ridiculous that it's even funny. I understand that you pay 100% for com services, but this is not a reason to go into this minuscule dispute, especially considering that it is simply unsafe for the guest's health and is a reason to complain to the appropriate authorities. Don't mess with fire, guys. 2) For me personally, the negative is the so-so opening hours of this room. On weekdays it's only until 22:00, and on weekends it's generally until 20:00, so they also kick out 15 minutes before the end, although it depends on the admin, but there is a factor. Sometimes it happens that you can only train late at night, but this schedule does not allow it, and it's sad. I'm sure I'm not the only one. 3) In general, the layout and design of this hall. The locker room is also a complete absurdity: cramped, stuffy to the point of horror, as well as the shower cabins, which are just behind the curtain without a clear separation (this is the first time I've seen this at all) and when someone washes, the humidity and heat are such in the entire locker room that you sweat more than 5 km on the track. Couldn't it have been played out differently, huh? The layout is just two rooms, daubed with purple depressive paint and filled with old white exercise machines that sometimes don't have enough space. Well, okay... there was no place for any tolerable fitness zone. She's not here at all. Do you want to stretch? Maybe even a little yoga? Forget it... some vulture will fly down your spine or there will be a constant stream of people passing by you and you will go... away to do your stretching to another place. Toilet. Well, it's the same here... the door is on the latch, the toilet bowl is on the pedestal... you know. People can't even install a normal lock on the door, let alone air conditioners. Shamefully. In general, it's clear from my mini-review that the gym is mediocre and I can only recommend it if people who obviously don't want to come here are really annoying for obvious reasons. I see new faces less and less often, and the outflow of old ones is noticeable. I have never seen cases where people went to the "viewing" of the hall and quickly abandoned the idea of coming here, even personally I know quite a few people who do not want to go there, even regardless of the price. I myself will go further into it when the abon is over ... it is unlikely. I'd rather have gym24 with a bunch of people than lose consciousness because of the stuffiness in this two-room apartment. The hall is generally acceptable and fulfills its role, but the disadvantages are too fat and force you to reconsider your visit here.
