I go to H&M periodically — I like the store in general. The range is large, updated frequently, and you can find both basic items and something stylish on trend. I think the prices are adequate, especially when you get discounts. The quality depends on the item: I've been wearing some T—shirts and shirts for a long time - everything is fine, but there were also some that sat down a little after washing or the fabric became softer than desired. The service is average — sometimes consultants help and prompt quickly, sometimes you have to wait or look for the size yourself. Fitting rooms are normal, but not always perfect privacy. In general, the store is good, if you approach the choice carefully, you can find really successful and stylish things.

A trip to the H&M store left two impressions. The floor was dirty, which was not very pleasant. Besides, my shirt wasn't available. Otherwise, the choice of clothes was good, but the overall impression was slightly spoiled by these shortcomings.
