I visited the H&M store in Antalya (in MarkAntalya / Erasta AVM) and was satisfied!
Service – 9/10
The staff is friendly and responds quickly to questions. There are always staff in the fitting rooms who are ready to help with the dimensions. Queues at the checkout move quickly, although there may be a lot of people on weekends.
Assortment – 10/10
A great choice of clothes for men, women and children. I especially liked the Divided section, as well as stylish basic items. Lots of denim, comfortable clothes, accessories and shoes. Discounts and promotions are common, especially during the off-season.
Cleanliness and organization – 9/10
The store is modern, spacious, and well-organized. Things are laid out neatly, but there can be a bit of a mess during rush hours. The changing rooms are clean, the lighting is good.
Prices – 8/10
Prices are about the same as in other countries, but during the sales season you can find very good deals.
Location – 10/10
H&M is conveniently located in Antalya's popular shopping malls. It is easy to get there, there is parking and public transport.
Conclusion:
H&M in Antalya is a great choice for shopping! Large assortment, convenient location, affordable prices. I recommend taking a look, especially during the discount season. Rating: 9/10

We love it for its wide selection and affordable prices.
We always take pajamas, slips, socks for children and adults there. There are also very beautiful accessories and shoes.

The store has a fairly good assortment. At the same time, it is not possible to pay using a QR code at the store's cash desks, which creates a certain difficulty.
There's a queue at the checkout. My wife stood in line for 10 minutes and found out about the lack of payment by QR code, while the Antalya Mall accepted the payment, asked to postpone the purchase and went to withdraw cash.
When the cashier returned, he forced his wife to stand in line again to pay for the goods. It was very strange to encounter such a thing in a store where customer interaction began as early as 1947. The quality of customer service is one of the first in the company's culture.

They are very unfriendly , they refuse to speak English . They refused to remove the size from the mannequin , the dimensions were only from the hall , explaining that the internal rules of the company and there could not be an inappropriate size on the mannequin . The dimensions are not checked , they are sent to the hall to look for them . The attitude towards Russians is completely unfriendly .
