We arrived very tired, at 6 a.m., asked for early check-in for an additional fee, the staff at the reception stubbornly pretended that they did not understand what we wanted until we asked the tour agency to contact them. We were decorated with grief in half with the look of "let's go here." We immediately went to bed in the room, woke up, my daughter, getting out of bed, said - I have red bugs running around my bed, my husband and I examined the beds - they were bedbugs. BEDBUGS!!! There were a lot of them there, both small and large individuals, it's just tin. The maid was called, and she ran away screaming. We were moved to another room without even apologizing, as if everything was in order. We are all bitten, bedbugs got into things, we spent half a day in the laundry to get rid of them. The day before departure, the maid in the room did not do the cleaning, did not even bring toilet paper. From cleaning, she just made the beds. Terrible hotel. I do not recommend it. 02.11.2019.
