One of the significant advantages is that this hotel has direct access to the sea, a steady Wi-Fi signal everywhere, courteous staff and excellent rooms in a building with balconies overlooking the sea (you must pay extra for such a room). I can rate the breakfasts as good, but you can't call them excellent in taste (or I've already been spoiled), yes, the variety is good, lots of juices, different foods, delicious coffee, but I've been to 4-star hotels where it was tastier. I paid extra for dinner right away when I bought a hotel room, which I regret, because dinners consist of three items, each item (salad/soup, main course and sweet / fruit) has only 4 dishes to choose from, which is enough for you for 4 days of variety… They don't even do different variations of positions. Drinks in the restaurant are not included in the price and they are expensive, but every day the hotel provides 0.5 liters of water per person per room. I didn't hear any neighbors in the room, maybe I was lucky, maybe the sound insulation is good. The rooms are cleaned every day. The surcharge for room renewal upon check-out from 12.00 to 19.00 costs 800 dirhams, or 80 euros somewhere.

The location is excellent, and the stars are for it. On the one hand - the famous Corniche, on the other - the beach. There are plenty of cafes and two malls within walking distance (if anyone needs to). The hotel itself is already tired, the rooms are shabby, although quite spacious. However, they are cleaned mediocre, the balcony was washed 1 time in a week. The breakfasts are not exactly appetizing either, but they are generally satisfying. The omelet should be requested separately - they understood it right away. The staff is responsive, speaks English, and is ready to help - there were no problems with this. In general, if you are not embarrassed by a certain shabbiness and not perfect cleanliness, you can go.
