There is no ventilation either in the bathroom or in the room. Therefore, the smell is musty. It was cold, there are two fans in the room that cannot be switched to heating. There are no blankets there!!!! Only blankets. The reception said they would bring extra blankets and brought bedspreads. They're so suede. It's just trash food. The buffet is a great way to say it. The menu includes the most delicious croissants from the nearest store, jam, orange juice, coffee tea, butter and two types of cheese. Everything. There is no warm food. And the cereal with milk is damp. I needed a vase for flowers, at the reception they said no, they couldn't help me in any way. A day later, during the cleaning, they still brought a vase. It's the same with suitcases. They are not brought into the room, carry them yourself)) The employees don't care about you at all. There may be a photo on the site with a view of the tower, this was the main reason for booking this hotel. In fact, the Windows overlook the courtyard.
