I think the school has some basic problems. First of all, there are serious shortcomings in discipline. Students and parents are negatively affected by this situation because order cannot be maintained at the school. The cleaning of the toilets is not enough, which creates a big problem in terms of hygiene. The location of the school also causes difficulties in terms of transportation; it is mountainous and the road conditions are quite bad, which makes daily commuting difficult. The physical facilities of the school do not meet expectations. The library and gym cannot adequately respond to the needs. I have observed that most of the teachers do not come prepared for the lessons and they usually tell them by looking at a book or phone. Individual knowledge and experience sharing is limited. In addition, teachers' frequent loud conversations have a negative impact on students. The attitude of the principal is similarly quite harsh, but in general I think discipline is insufficient in the school. Although the name of the school is “Anadolu”, I believe that it does not meet the standards of Anatolian High School academically and socially. For these reasons, the current situation of the school needs a serious improvement.
