Very nice, well maintained hotel. Gorgeous plantings, beauty all around, every piece of land on the territory pleases with its individuality. Two clean, beautiful pools that are cleaned every day. There are many areas for children: a playroom, an open-air playground, water structures with slides in the children's pool. The rooms are clean, large, and beautifully designed, and they are cleaned every day. Breakfast in the restaurant is a separate topic. A huge variety of dishes that change periodically. The food is delicious, and there are many dietary dishes. But the hotel, like other hotels, has one huge disadvantage - it's the sea, or rather the garbage that is stored outside the hotel and which ends up in the sea after high tide. It's sooo unpleasant, squeamish, and unhygienic. This is a decades-old problem that everyone sees and no one solves. Don't understand why? And what a good-natured, smiling hotel staff, everyone is happy to help you at any moment. I miss them so much. I would like to mention the massage therapists who gave us a great, high-level acupressure. Two frail women, Mai and Vin, who work at the Dasha and Kolya pharmacy, not far from the hotel. After completing the massage course, my husband and I felt relieved in our health, for which we thank them very much. We have never done such a high level of massage. I would like to return to this hotel again, enjoy the paradisiacal atmosphere of the hotel and a high-class massage.

Not a hotel, but just a fairy tale compared to nearby hotels. Great five-star breakfasts. After lunch, a tea ceremony with lots of cakes and various sweets. A huge territory . Everything is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are all decent and cozy.

The hotel is not bad, but it is not very new. This is felt in shabby rooms, poorly functioning air conditioners and problems with the shower. It is not located in the center of the tour.zones, but this is rather a plus. To the right of the hotel there is a cafe where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal. The territory of the hotel is green and beautiful, fish swim in the ponds. There is a swimming pool. The rooms are cleaned daily. Private beach. There is a spa on site with adequate prices. I liked the whole hotel!

We were at this hotel from November 12 to 27, 2019. It may have been a good hotel once, but not this year. Attention! Be careful with children in the pool, where it is shallow, there are not enough tiles at the bottom and in front of my eyes, Dad cut his leg very badly while playing with the child. And before that, another child injured his leg. The beach is small, there is a construction site nearby and a tractor or truck is moving along the beach. Also, a snake slapped down from the tree in front of me. The feeling is not very pleasant. The hotel itself is quite shabby.But the number, I got, is not bad. With a large, comfortable bed. The breakfasts are hearty and varied.

Great vacation. A great hotel, despite the negative reviews. We had a vacation in December 2018 with two children 10 and 1.6 years old. No problems, no poisoning, etc. As in other reviews, I advise you to change money from Vanya (the most profitable course!!! ), coffee, gifts, and generally buy everything from him too. Boris is an excellent consultant there. He will tell you everything, he will help you, the seller (in a good sense of the word!! ) from God. It is very tasty and varied to eat in any cafe. Everywhere there is something for children to eat (our children ate pizza, spaghetti, French fries ..., in short, everything that is forbidden in ordinary life!) ), and adults. What I want to warn you about: IN NO CASE do not agree to a FREE shopping tour (coffee, jewelry, Korean cosmetics), which "does not oblige you to anything." We drove only to one store, on the way to which the guide from Alex tour Bakhtiyor ("for his Bach") He was very active and interesting in telling me something. But as soon as we felt SUCH pressure from the store staff and this very Baha (which we "can't go back to, but we need to buy everything only today!!!"), referring to the child's sleep, asked to take us to the hotel, this "our" Baha began to react so aggressively, naturally the story about the charms of Vietnam stopped, all the good-naturedness disappeared somewhere, reproaches began, like, "You knew where you were going.... They are waiting for us in all the shops.... I can't cancel your reservation..." etc. This is the only thing that left a not very pleasant trace about our trip. And so everything is fine! My husband and my eldest daughter went to VinPearl and were delighted, but there was not enough time. Keep in mind that already at 4 p.m. not a single cafe is open in the entire park, I had to drive up dry.share. from the hotel (take snacks, cookies, water with you ... ). Of course, it's better to go on a weekday (mine went on a weekend, there were very long queues, for many the rides didn't even hit). And so the child will have enough impressions for a long time! We went to the Fairy Creek, the benefit is very close to the hotel, where sightseeing buses are brought from other hotels. It is also a very beautiful place where you need to have time to spare. My little child and I didn't get to the end, so we had to go back. In general, I recommend Vietnam, Main, and this hotel!!!! I would really like to come back again!!!

We stayed at the hotel from November 24 to November 5, 2019. Advantages: a good buffet, a more or less well-groomed area, a change of linen and towels. The rooms are shabby, dirty walls, unwashed windows, mirrors, plumbing. Upon check-in, we had to wash everything ourselves. Three rooms are washed with a dirty rag, and then only the middle. Problems with the air conditioner: it doesn't turn off, it leaks. Check everything when checking in. We were given a key with a broken keychain, and then 300t dong was stripped off, we defended the broken umbrella. But the baby towel that they took with their own was never returned. They smiled sweetly and spread their hands.It seems that broken things go around in circles and serve as a source of making money, because they do not give any checks for payment. Be vigilant!

We were on vacation at this hotel from November 20, 2019 to December 01, 2019.There is a grandiose construction going on there, electricity is cut off every day, along with the light, the water is turned off from 12 o'clock in the afternoon and it is unknown for how long.In general, full of trej, mosquitoes bite there is no salvation at night and in the evening on the balcony.Most likely, nothing in this hotel is treated for insects.There is no cleaning at all, towels and sheets are changed every day. The breakfasts are very diverse, a huge selection, delicious food.

We have been traveling to Hai au since 2013.the hotel is well located, the sea is calm.Major repairs are underway now.the second floor has been added.the new pool/20.12/is almost ready.The builders are working very quietly.without disturbing your rest. Terrible hotel! Half of the rooms are in mold and with broken furniture (photo attached), in the new buildings there is a curtain instead of a door to the toilet. Communicating with the staff only through a Google translator is difficult. Everything is clean and beautiful in the advertising pictures. Only pictures from 5-7 years ago! We were 10 days away from the tour operator and tried not to sit in the hotel. It's my first time in Vietnam. THE LAST ONE IN THIS HOTEL!

We rested for a long time. 09.12.2019 checked into the hotel and left on 01/25/2020 .It was Chinese New Year.We managed to go to breakfast, that day there was a tree there and on it hung red envelopes with new 10,000 bills and a wish, prepared for the hotel guests.It's cool! The construction was completed by that day.It turned out very nicely, it's on the right side of the hotel grounds. I can't say if there will be further reconstruction of the hotel, but I think it will continue, since all the water was drained from the previous pool. The food was delicious, I especially liked that there were 5 types of fruits that were constantly replenished during breakfast.A sea without waves.Insects constantly bite on the beach, these are invisible sand flies, they are very small and when they bite they are not visible and do not feel, the inflammation from the bite begins the next day, who has an allergic reaction to them.it all gets inflamed and itches a lot, different remedies are bought for itching, but I can't say that at least one remedy would help.The conclusion is to buy a Vietnamese star and smear these bites. In the future, I bought protection from Vanya and always splashed (it helps).Mosquitoes bite in the rooms, Russian protective equipment is useless, only local.You also need to buy sun protection on the spot. I had 110 orange waterproof. The area where Vanya is (he is a Russian-thinking and speaking Vietnamese) is cheaper, opposite him, slightly to the right, cafes, the cheapest are valuable for seafood. Massage is done near the hotels on the right on the beach, this is a racket.If you went to one of them for a massage, then they will no longer be able to change their masseuse.They fight hand-to-hand with each other. Good massage therapists at the neighboring hotel, also on the right, the racketeers must pass and before the start of the neighboring hotel there is their salon)))A mother and daughter are working.That's great!!!
