The price of a haircut at the time of writing the comment is 60 shekels. There are two masters working. They speak English, and there will probably be no difficulties in explaining it. They work somewhat quickly, perhaps a question of the frequency of visits. They did not offer to wash my hair after the haircut. Overall, it's a good place for the money, but there is a lot to strive for.
