HALVA Optics in Bobruisk In July 2023, we applied with a recipe for making glasses for a child. We were told what lenses can be ordered. Naturally, the decision was made in favor of the most expensive. Representatives of the Halva optics network, of course, will write that they only offer us, and the choice is ours. But, what could you choose there, except for the most expensive lenses, if 3 types of lenses were cheaper, it would be convenient for the child, as we were told, to look only in the center, and there would be a blur on the sides. That's why we ordered the most expensive lenses. At the same time, I was also worried that the lenses would be scratch-resistant, because a schoolboy child would wear glasses. We were told that these lenses are super and will fully satisfy our requests. They also chose a frame for the lenses, which the child liked very much. As a result , the points came out to us at 419 rubles . On August 24, the glasses were ready, we liked them outwardly, the child saw the world in them as a quality, was very happy about it and we were for him too. But less than a month later, when the lenses were wiped again (and it was inconvenient to do this, because the frame on top was kind of flimsy thin, it was scary to take it on, although sometimes it was necessary to wipe the glasses qualitatively), they found that the lens was slightly scratched from below, and the frame moved away from it. We decided to contact Optics, so that we can repair the frame and find out what can be done with the lens, whether it is possible to sand the scratch. To which the representative of optics said that the frame was gone, because the child used glasses with one hand and they can repair for 20 rubles, and the lens cannot be sanded. As a result, for 419 rubles we received expensive glasses, not so high-quality and durable as the sales consultant presented us, because the main request was for quality, because the glasses were needed by the student, and at school a lot of things can happen where we can't control anything in the correct use of glasses. We are very dissatisfied with the attitude and quality of this network, because in some cases, depending on the price, it would be possible to make concessions and even do repairs for free, because it hasn't been a month yet. Previously, this was not the case with other optics, although they were right, and the lenses were ordered cheaper, and the child used one hand when putting on and taking off glasses.
