It's always more or less free, and you often have to visit. One of the disadvantages is that they stopped working on weekends, and for some reason, when paying for cavitation, they ask for my phone number every time, even though they have all my data in the database (but this is a flaw in the IT department, not the staff). Now you can register with a specialist / at the cash desk (in the bank building) using a QR code from the Halyk application.

The most lame department, I regretted 1000 times that I opened a legal account there. The rates are high for everything, the commissions are crazy, the phones do not give a manager, no one picks up the phone. The call center does not work. If you value your time, I advise you not to go there!
