I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Halyk Bank. Recently, I was confronted with the unjustified closure of my investment account, which led to the forced sale of it. Such an attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable, and raises serious doubts about the transparency and loyalty of the bank.
