The staff works very quickly and as efficiently as possible! Unfortunately, the head of the department, Marzhan, did not ask for the patronymic and surname, but it was necessary. Requests are treated with a soul, there has never been, not that there have been refusals, but that they could not help! If I were in the place of regional leadership, I would encourage it. There is limited access to this department. The security of Kazakhstantemirzhola does not let you through at the entrance, justifying that this department is only for employees. Somehow this is not correct, there should be shared access to the branch.
