The service is too long!!After waiting in line for almost an hour!I noticed a lot of people who didn't wait for the reception - they left!There are a lot of tables, few employees!!!!Not the best branch of the National Bank of Kazakhstan!

I have been to this bank many times, mostly out of necessity. The queue is moving very slowly. The manager at the reception is not always on site.
