A comfortable and cozy compartment. The staff are all professionals, polite and customer-oriented. But I put the 4th one because some of the bank's services and solutions leave much to be desired: - they greatly underestimate the assessment of the collateral, thereby reducing the requested loan amount - they sum up in a word, I do not meet expectations. I had to apply to another bank for the missing amount. Out of the blue, you lose a regular and solvent client.

Excellent branch of the bank, very qualified specialists.Always clean and cozy. There are no queues, the cashiers are very competent and polite.I recommend it to everyone, in my opinion this is the best branch of the bank in Almaty.Everything is for the bank's customers.Mortgage managers are professional, competent,attentive and polite.The location is convenient, there is Parking.
