Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan is my favorite bank! At first I received a salary, now I get a pension on the card. The attitude to clients is attentive, professional. Card replacement takes place quickly, without delay. My questions are answered quickly, explained clearly, professionally. I called once, asked for an explanation (there was an attempt at hacking), and received an exhaustive, professional answer. Thanks!

The device for issuing plastic cards did not work, as it was obviously hung up at the initial stages of working with it🤣🤣🤣 digitalization of the top in our country. It's not really clear where the money goes? If the service is at zero.
