I cannot say that I am satisfied with the service, although I was in February 2025 on family business. The building itself, everything inside is well equipped, but it is impossible to serve a visitor (client) for 6 hours. Well, if the girl at the checkout is young and doesn't know something, then invite a mentor, let him be next to her. So the girl managed to make a mistake in the operation and she had to write an explanatory note and the older one in the hall too. As a result, my dad and I were there, we came to the bank at 11 a.m., and left after the end of the working day. Maybe we were so lucky, I don't know. Of course, I recommend visiting the bank, but this is a one-time promotion, I will not come there again. I am attaching a photo of the operator who served us. I'm sorry, the country should know the "heroes"

There is always a long queue at the cash register. Then there is no money in the cash register and they replenish it for a long time waiting for reinforcements. It would be necessary to change the cash register, it is impossible to replenish it normally, it spits out money endlessly. I have to spend hours in the bank. As it is, the staff is very good👍
