Since when does your bank not change currency with a Russian passport??? Currency exchange was refused because of a Russian passport, no exchange is made with a Russian passport. To the question "if I had an American passport, would they make an exchange?", the answer from the cashier is positive. Exchange is not possible with a Russian passport, it is possible with passports of other countries! To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing! Other banks, private exchangers exchange without problems... The People's Bank of KAZZASTAN is the face of the country, moving in the right direction.....
