I think this is disrespectful to customers, time matters, standing in line where you can quickly solve my question at another checkout. Moreover, the ticket office #1 served me in 1 min.(she changed it). I think the employee was just lazy or was in a bad mood.When I asked why you couldn't serve me, because it would have taken less than a minute, she ignored my question.
