Terrible service. To open the card for 1.5 hours. There is no queue terminal. When the turn came, the employee stood and left, saying that she had lunch and the base was not working. Only tables and all 4 people work. On the trail.the day came the SMS that the card is ready, you come to the department in order to pick up the employee yells, yells take the queue. When there is a separate table. And turn 1. How is it understood. You also ask something, they immediately aggressively answer that you don't want to be their customers.
