The bank as a whole is normal — clean, tidy, nice to be inside 🧼🏢 But then the quest began 🎮 I came to open the card, but I'm not a resident, and it seems to have put everyone in a stupor. 😐🛂 They started asking some strange questions, to which I naturally had no answers. 🤷♂️❓ Everything took a lot of time, although it seemed to be an ordinary card, but I left without it. The queue is also like in a clinic, you sit and stare at the wall. The staff is not rude, they try to help, but it is clear that they do not fully understand how to work with non-residents. If everything had been a little easier and faster, I would have put more, but as it is ... three stars and a slight perplexity 🤷♂️✨
