I took the ticket by pressing the 5 button to go to the cashier. It turned out that I sat for half an hour with the wrong ticket, because the coupons issued by the button under the number 5 were not serviced. Being a very patient person, I realized this after half an hour. I had to take the coupon again by pressing button 6. Then, after a while, I came back to the bank, already having such experience, I took 2 coupons at once, pressing buttons 5 and 6. When one of the queues came up, the cashier did not serve me, saying that I did not have the right coupon, that I I was ahead of the queue somehow. But I have already achieved my goal with screams.
