08.55.24 according to GRES u+, the ATM was not working in the branch itself. There are no reissue cards in the department. The manager calls the clients as you need without coupons. Completely incompetent starting with the boss. They say that the card is blocked, but they can't open it... They can't withdraw money from your bank account either.(Although they took it off in another department without any problems) It is better to close this department altogether.
