The Kostanay branch of the Homebank application does not work at all on correcting the readings of the hot water meters! I paid for KTEK Kostanay through the Halyk Bank application in January 2022 for hot water in the kitchen and in the bathtub, indications: 106 in the kitchen, 303 in the bathroom. I'm paying for February 2022, the bank received the money, but the readings are the same, the kitchen is 106, the bathroom is 303! Why did the Bank create such an application at all if it does not control the readings of the hot water meters! Take action or remove KTEK from the Homebank app altogether! You are forcing me to file a complaint with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
