I would like to express my deep gratitude to Amina, an employee of Halyk Bank. Today I had probably the easiest and most magical experience of paying state duty in my life. Amina helped with absolutely everything: she prompted, explained and brought the process to an end so that I left the department in a great mood. She is not just a professional in her field, but a person who sincerely loves her work and clients. If all people were like Amina, the world would definitely be a billion times better.
