Hamamanyu Historic District. Everything is tailored for tourists. The prices are appropriate. Old houses, cafes and restaurants, souvenir shops. Locals come in the evenings to hang out and light up in establishments. Opposite the clock tower is the oldest hammam from 1646. (It says so on it). The market and the fortress are not far away. It's the best thing for tourists.
