Staff at the reception was extremely nice and professional. I was suggested an upgraded room for the same price which came as a pleasant surprise. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable for the stay. Big bathroom and free mini-bar came on top of expectations. In the morning due to early check-out I was suggested the lunch box and got a good advice re taxi to the airport. Regards to Veranika for the great experience with the hotel

Level 11 Local Expert

For business trips it fits good, with acceptable level of loud and iron included in every room. For family trips it's not so good because of below-the-average breakfast and children could find only waffles to eat. Also rooms are very tiny to fit one child and not suitable for two children.

It was good hotel 2-3 years ago. Now it is becoming more like a soviet style hotel. It seems there is only the brand name left with this hotel and professional management is gone
