Staff at the reception was extremely nice and professional. I was suggested an upgraded room for the same price which came as a pleasant surprise. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable for the stay. Big bathroom and free mini-bar came on top of expectations. In the morning due to early check-out I was suggested the lunch box and got a good advice re taxi to the airport. Regards to Veranika for the great experience with the hotel

Отель удобно расположен: рядом находятся железнодорожный вокзал, станция метро и торговый центр. Уборка и обслуживание в отеле соответствуют стандартам других отелей сети Hampton. Окна номера выходили на улицу Толстого. Шум с улицы практически не проникал, звукоизоляция хорошач.

For business trips it fits good, with acceptable level of loud and iron included in every room. For family trips it's not so good because of below-the-average breakfast and children could find only waffles to eat. Also rooms are very tiny to fit one child and not suitable for two children.
