For business trips it fits good, with acceptable level of loud and iron included in every room.
For family trips it's not so good because of below-the-average breakfast and children could find only waffles to eat. Also rooms are very tiny to fit one child and not suitable for two children.

Great hotel. It is located next to the train station and the Minsk City Mall shopping center.
Comfortable rooms, everything is there for a couple of days' stay. Kettle, drinking water, slippers, tooth.brush, gels, shampoos and creams in large bottles) The only thing missing is the refrigerator.
The only problem is the air conditioning and ventilation, they did not work during our stay and it was very stuffy (The windows do not open, do not ventilate...

Overall, the hotel made a good impression, the location is convenient, within walking distance of the railway and bus station, metro station. Opposite the hotel is a shopping center where you can buy everything you need, a large grocery store, cosmetics stores, a pharmacy, and clothing stores on the upper floors. Now about the hotel. Early check-in is possible for an additional fee of $ 52, or you can leave your things in the hotel's luggage room and go for a walk, which we did. Everything in the room corresponds to the stated photos of the hotel, it is clean. Very good and varied buffet breakfasts. The only inconvenience was in the room, it was impossible to adjust the room temperature. We had such a 27° heat. The battery was turned off, and there was no way to open the windows to ventilate. They called the reception, the master came, looked at it and said that the ventilation system was set up like that and they couldn't help in any way. I had to open the door to the room and the hallway on our floor to the street, and ventilate. Other residents also complained about the heat in the room. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were provided with a free late check-out on the day of our departure. In general, the hotel is ready to recommend, but on condition that the air conditioning system will work in the summer. Thanks to the girls at the reception.

Everything is clean, tidy, the linen is clean, the mattresses are super comfortable. The hotel is quiet, you can not smoke, which is good. The peace and quiet is just wonderful! A lovely small hotel in convenient transport accessibility from all attractions and train stations. Convenient access to the front doors for taxis.
A clean, not cramped room. The bed is very comfortable with four pillows, two of different sizes. Blankets of acceptable thickness for winter. Curtains do not let in light and excellent noise insulation from active traffic at the hotel. The neighbors and the elevator are not heard in the room. The room has everything you need except a refrigerator. Good TV. The breakfasts are not that varied, but everything is delicious and fresh. Even dumplings and herring were for the suffering. There is an opportunity to cook a Belgian waffle yourself.
Nice girls at the respshen will always help with any questions that arise.
There are also disadvantages. It's very cold in the bathroom in the morning, despite the batteries in the room being turned to maximum and +26 on the thermostat. Shower gels, shampoos, and so on were in such abundance that there was no point in updating, but the fact that they didn't throw out the trash from the toilet bucket is a noticeable disadvantage. The slippers haven't been updated, either. Cleaning also left much to be desired in terms of the vacuum cleaner.
In general, for the price offered, this is a good hotel with minor disadvantages, in which you can stay repeatedly in Minsk.

I really liked the hotel.
Polite staff.
The room is spacious. Clear. Comfortably. The toilet and shower are large. The room has a kettle, tea and coffee bags, water, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
Excellent breakfast (it's better to arrive early - fewer people). A large selection of dishes: sausages, omelets, sausage, cheese, vegetables, fruits, sweets. There were even pancakes and hot waffles. Delicious coffee, freshly squeezed juice, fresh.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, shopping center across the street, there is a grocery store.
Parking is free and secured.
The room has everything you need.
I would like to note that the bed and pillows are super comfortable and clean, slippers, bathroom accessories, water, hairdryer, safe, hangers, iron, ironing board, even body lotion - everything is there. There are plenty of towels, everything is clean, the cleaning is good, the mirrors are clean.
The buffet breakfast was very good.

We stayed at the hotel from April 17 to April 20, 2025. Excellent location, near the train station, where there is an exit to the Vokzalnaya metro station. Another metro station, the Institute of Culture, is a 5-minute walk away: leave the hotel and turn left, walk through the courtyards.
The room is well-stocked, and we even had a capsule coffee maker. Out of the unexpected, there is an iron and ironing board right in the room.
Great shower, huge towels, a full set of detergents. Delicious breakfasts, excellent coffee machines with software control.
The elevators were thrown into a stupor. To get to your floor, you need to attach the card to the reader in the elevator, then press the button with the floor number. This is the first time we've encountered such a thing. They didn't tell me about it at the reception. So we stood in the elevator for a couple of minutes, wondering why it wasn't moving, and pressed all the buttons until the lights went out. We turned on the flashlight on our phone and studied the inscriptions inside the elevator. Savages, in general. But the elevator was mastered.

We arrived on 01.01.25 in the morning, checked in immediately without any questions. For which I am very grateful. Breakfasts are a different story. Before booking, I looked at the photo and thought it would not be very good, but in fact the opposite is true. Always fresh food. There are variable dishes. Lots of vegetables, you can make a salad yourself. Bakery products. You can make hot waffles. Delicious cottage cheese and a variety of dressings. Nice hotel, we were on vacation with friends, they clean up often, there are all kinds of bathroom accessories, beautiful view from the window, free water 0.5 every day per person. Delicious breakfasts with a periodically changing assortment.
I was not pleased with such moments:
1. After a hard flight, we were offered an early check-in for 4 hours for 10 thousand, well, that's a lot, provided we paid the same amount for 1 day.
2. In our room, a couple of days later, we found 2 pairs of men's boxers behind the battery, apparently there was not much thorough cleaning before our check-in.
3. Sooo little storage space. Of course, we take into account that the three of us lived as girls in a room. But even a couple wouldn't be enough. Very small closet, 1 bedside table, 1 small corner shelf in the bathroom. If there was a chest of drawers or a bigger closet, it would be more convenient. We also sorely lacked hangers. 6 pieces is extremely small.
I hope they will listen to these points.

We stayed at the hotel from 19 to 21.10.24.
We chose it because the hotel is located next to the train station. We quickly settled in, the breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the hotel is clean, the rooms are not "killed" - it's nice to be there. In the room there is a kettle, water, tea/coffee - a standard set. Of the pronounced advantages - a large number of sockets (counted 6) - you can charge everything at the same time! And there is also an ironing board with an iron - we went to the theater, and the dress from the suitcase was very wrinkled - the iron helped out a lot.
One of the disadvantages is the very small area of the room - you feel like you're in a matchbox.
And also, I don't even know if it's a minus or a plus - a very high bed. It really surprised me. With my height of 156 cm, you have to climb on the bed! It was funny.🤣🤣🤣

I really liked the hotel. A nice hotel with small but very comfortable rooms. There is everything you need. I don't even know what else could be added to the room. Excellent internet connection. There are only 10 Mbps per device, but my home has 100 Mbps of Internet from a striped operator, nervously smoking in a groan. The Internet is so good that it is caught across the street at the entrance to the mall. And finally, breakfast... This is not a European or American breakfast with a jam cake. It's a buffet of practically homemade food. The breakfasts are different, but always delicious. For lovers of Europe, there are cakes (fried bread) and cereals too. And again, I do not know what I would miss at breakfast.

Convenient location. The city center and the railway station are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast food is not very varied, but it is quite tasty and satisfying. The rooms are modern, but there is one "but" - the windows are completely deaf (standard rooms), the air enters the room only through a split system. We were at the hotel in October, when the air conditioner only works in fan mode. Therefore, the room was stuffy, I had to open the front door for ventilation. Perhaps there is no such problem in rooms of a higher category. Otherwise, everything is fine. It is quite suitable for a short stay.

The breakfast is mediocre - there seems to be a choice, but you won't enjoy just eating. The coffee is not delicious, but the smoothie is great.
The whole impression was ruined by the presence of an adjacent room - it's terrible when neighbors break into you at night and say - where does this door lead?! How is it possible that the door opens from the next room - was it really not possible to provide a lock on only one side of the room?!

What can I say: gorgeous! This is probably the best choice in Minsk. At least now I will most likely stay here, unless, of course, there is a need for the atmosphere of the historical part of the city. But one way or another, I definitely recommend Hilton.
Location:
— directly near the railway and bus station, walking at a measured pace of no more than 15 minutes;
— most minibuses and buses start from the bus station, which is quite convenient if you need to catch an early bus flight to the airport;
— the metro is just a couple of minutes away;
— affordable price tag;
— across the street shopping center and "Green";
— accessibility of tourist locations.
Well, it all came together in an amazing way in one hotel. 😏
The cleanliness and silence are perfect. No complaints.
Payment is either BYN or Mir card. There are no difficulties.
But the situation with breakfast here is unusual: on weekdays it lasts until 10.00, and on weekends until 11.00. Breakfast is served in a very cozy cafe. And here I must say about the Hilton's feature: guests are offered to make hot waffles on their own.

Hello everyone I had a chance to visit Belarus, namely Minsk. I checked into the Hilton hotel located on Tolstoy St. 8. We moved to the 9th floor with a view of the Minsk City shopping center. The room is great, everything is clean, the bed is very comfortable, even an iron and ironing board are available) Swedish cuisine, so you won't stay hungry in the morning. The food is very tasty.

I love the Hilton hotel chain. First of all, because I book through the official website and use the loyalty system. Secondly, this hotel chain always offers excellent quality and a variety of breakfast dishes.
There are 2 Hilton hotels in Minsk. This one is more budget friendly.
I give 3 stars for a number of reasons:
1) the TV was not working in the room. But! After contacting us, it was repaired the next day.
2) the kettle was not working. I did not check my working capacity after contacting you.
3) toothbrushes, pastes, shower caps and hygiene items such as cotton swabs and discs are not provided in the rooms. There are also no bathrobes in the rooms.
4) The air conditioning in the rooms (at least in early May) works only for heating. Therefore, if you want fresh air, then you just need to turn it off.
5) the kitchen smells on the 1st floor.
It would seem small things, but they spoiled the overall impression.
Otherwise, no complaints.

I came to Minsk for 3 nights in total, the hotel is in the city center right next to the train station - 5 minutes on foot - very convenient! A comfortable mattress, provided that I'm a little heavy, all hotel mattresses are usually too soft for me, but here it's just great! All sorts of soap and soap accessories are in abundance, and not in fucking bags of one palm, but in a soap dish on the wall in sufficient quantity that an adult big man could wash his face for a week!)))) but with the toothpaste, I missed - I forgot to bring my own - they gave me a brush and one disposable tube of paste, they didn't give me the other two days.
There is a lot of food for breakfast and it is different and it is delicious. And porridges, and cottage cheese, and muesli, and all kinds of cereals, and cheeses and sausages, and fruits and vegetables, and quite meatballs, herring, rice, etc., etc. - in general, everyone will find something to eat!
But the lack of a refrigerator in the room is a big drawback. I wanted to take all sorts of Belarusian sausages home, but there is nowhere to store them, and you can't buy a train at 6 a.m. before leaving : (

Very convenient location: just a few steps away from public public transport, shopping center and chygunachny vakzal 🤭 Delicious breakfasts, and, at quite reasonable prices when compared with Moscow, delicious cocktails at the bar.. The rooms are clean and cozy, although a little cramped, but there is everything you need for a stay and rest, you got a good night's sleep after long trips around the region and walks around Minsk. You can find fault with the acrylic tray in the shower, which is uncomfortable "walking" under the feet of even the smallest person, but this does not affect the operation of the shower, which performs its function at 100%: the water is hot, the water pressure is good.

We stayed at this hotel with my family in February for 5 days.
Room: clean, comfortable mattress, bed linen and pillows. One of the disadvantages is a small bathroom and the inability to open the windows for ventilation. Maybe it's a matter of habit, but I wanted to let in some fresh air from the street.
Breakfasts: delicious and varied. We always found something delicious in 5 days.
Service: normal, not intrusive. We contacted the reception several times and the issues were resolved.
Location: excellent. It is convenient for both those arriving by train (it is fashionable to walk to the hotel) and motorists (free parking on the street and paid underground parking). There are 2 metro stations within walking distance. There is only one station to the center or on foot.
I can safely recommend the hotel for your stay.

A standard hotel for this chain. This is not the first time we have stopped, because the hotel is well located - near the railway station, 2 metro stations, shopping centers. It is convenient that there is a small enclosed parking lot, but there may not be a place. The rooms are compact, there is no refrigerator, but you can use it at the reception, the central air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is also compact, the main disadvantage is the lack of a heated towel rail and only 2 hooks for bath towels. Because of this, towels do not have time to dry and are constantly wet. The bed is large and comfortable. I liked the breakfasts - a large selection, everything is fresh. There is a bar next to the reception on the 1st floor. The restaurant is open during the day and in the evening. The center is close and very convenient to get to by metro, on foot or by taxi. In principle, everything is without any special comments. The price for the room is slightly higher than we would like.

The breakfasts are excellent, the selection is large, including vegetables and meat (chicken, meatballs). In general, it was clean, cleaned. From the negative, the work of the staff. Dirty carpet both times. And an enchantingly creaking sofa in the corresponding room! Not catastrophically, but it affects comfort:
- it was quite stuffy, because the room was on the sunny side and heated, but it was impossible to set a cooler temperature at the end of March (they said that so far only heating);
- it's very crowded at breakfast, because everyone comes at +/- the same time;
- someone entered the room when we were already asleep (after 23:00) - this is absolutely unacceptable.

Everything is delicious! The breakfast staff works quickly, replenishing groceries and cleaning tables perfectly! Near the hotel there is a shopping center (with a large grocery store), a railway station (there is absolutely no noise from it), public transport stops. If you still happen to come to Minsk, then we will definitely choose this hotel.

We were in Minsk for three days in April. We were very satisfied. The rooms are clean and cozy! In the room there is shampoo, conditioner for hair, shower gel. Hair dryer. Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. Polite staff.
Breakfast is included, buffet style. Decent, great choice. For every taste.
The hotel is within walking distance from the train station.

Nice hotel, there is convenient Parking for cars. The room is clean, tidy, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I really liked it. The location is convenient: near the railway and car stations, metro station.
