For business trips it fits good, with acceptable level of loud and iron included in every room.
For family trips it's not so good because of below-the-average breakfast and children could find only waffles to eat. Also rooms are very tiny to fit one child and not suitable for two children.

We stayed at the hotel from 19 to 21.10.24.
We chose it because the hotel is located next to the train station. We quickly settled in, the breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the hotel is clean, the rooms are not "killed" - it's nice to be there. In the room there is a kettle, water, tea/coffee - a standard set. Of the pronounced advantages - a large number of sockets (counted 6) - you can charge everything at the same time! And there is also an ironing board with an iron - we went to the theater, and the dress from the suitcase was very wrinkled - the iron helped out a lot.
One of the disadvantages is the very small area of the room - you feel like you're in a matchbox.
And also, I don't even know if it's a minus or a plus - a very high bed. It really surprised me. With my height of 156 cm, you have to climb on the bed! It was funny.🤣🤣🤣

Convenient location. The city center and the railway station are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast food is not very varied, but it is quite tasty and satisfying. The rooms are modern, but there is one "but" - the windows are completely deaf (standard rooms), the air enters the room only through a split system. We were at the hotel in October, when the air conditioner only works in fan mode. Therefore, the room was stuffy, I had to open the front door for ventilation. Perhaps there is no such problem in rooms of a higher category. Otherwise, everything is fine. It is quite suitable for a short stay.

A standard hotel for this chain. This is not the first time we have stopped, because the hotel is well located - near the railway station, 2 metro stations, shopping centers. It is convenient that there is a small enclosed parking lot, but there may not be a place. The rooms are compact, there is no refrigerator, but you can use it at the reception, the central air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is also compact, the main disadvantage is the lack of a heated towel rail and only 2 hooks for bath towels. Because of this, towels do not have time to dry and are constantly wet. The bed is large and comfortable. I liked the breakfasts - a large selection, everything is fresh. There is a bar next to the reception on the 1st floor. The restaurant is open during the day and in the evening. The center is close and very convenient to get to by metro, on foot or by taxi. In principle, everything is without any special comments. The price for the room is slightly higher than we would like.

I came to Minsk for 3 nights in total, the hotel is in the city center right next to the train station - 5 minutes on foot - very convenient! A comfortable mattress, provided that I'm a little heavy, all hotel mattresses are usually too soft for me, but here it's just great! All sorts of soap and soap accessories are in abundance, and not in fucking bags of one palm, but in a soap dish on the wall in sufficient quantity that an adult big man could wash his face for a week!)))) but with the toothpaste, I missed - I forgot to bring my own - they gave me a brush and one disposable tube of paste, they didn't give me the other two days.
There is a lot of food for breakfast and it is different and it is delicious. And porridges, and cottage cheese, and muesli, and all kinds of cereals, and cheeses and sausages, and fruits and vegetables, and quite meatballs, herring, rice, etc., etc. - in general, everyone will find something to eat!
But the lack of a refrigerator in the room is a big drawback. I wanted to take all sorts of Belarusian sausages home, but there is nowhere to store them, and you can't buy a train at 6 a.m. before leaving : (

We liked it! Very convenient location: just a few steps away from public public transport, shopping center and chygunachny vakzal 🤭 Delicious breakfasts, and, at quite reasonable prices when compared with Moscow, delicious cocktails at the bar.. The rooms are clean and cozy, although a little cramped, but there is everything you need for a stay and rest, you got a good night's sleep after long trips around the region and walks around Minsk. You can find fault with the acrylic tray in the shower, which is uncomfortable "walking" under the feet of even the smallest person, but this does not affect the operation of the shower, which performs its function at 100%: the water is hot, the water pressure is good.

The hotel has many advantages - excellent location (you don't need a taxi around the city for walking and shopping at all) + very tasty and varied breakfast food + gorgeous mattresses. But still, there were disadvantages in the equipment - on May holidays it was cold at night in the room due to the weather (because there was solid glazing). You could turn on the air conditioner for heating, but it is very noisy and would interfere with sleep. And another minus is the weak water pressure in the shower, as well as some kind of metallic smell from the water (maybe something with the pipes, I don't know). But otherwise the hotel is very good.

Delicious food court on the second floor: we recommend pancakes ham-cheese-mushrooms and amazing donuts! Some stores are scheduled to open. I liked it very much. Pure luck was placed on the 10th floor with a view of the city. It's beautiful. But not only that. Breakfast was important to me - the quality of the food was good, a hearty breakfast was enough for almost the whole day. The gym is weak, there are mainly simulators for running on your feet, walking in here and so you are 25-30 t steps a day somehow does not pull extra. There are dumbbells 2, 4, 6, ... 20 kg. The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the railway and bus stations. You can quickly get to any part of the country. I always stay here when I come to Minsk on business. Everything is clean, the breakfasts are very decent. There is a branch of a local bank very close by in case you need local currency. They opened a plastic card for me at this bank without any problems. I recommend it for business trips.

5 stars without a doubt. I really appreciate that I have enough of everything. The hotel is clean, with good furniture, a comfortable bed. The room has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, kettle (tea, coffee, sugar), cable TV. Plumbing and air conditioning are in good condition, everything is working properly. Delicious buffet breakfast (soft waffles). The staff is polite and responds quickly to requests. Very convenient location: close to the places of excursions, the railway station and the main attractions. Cleaning is easy every day.
Check-in from 14h, if earlier, then you need to pay extra if there are available rooms or you can leave your things in the luggage room and go for a walk =)

Disadvantages - THERE is NO refrigerator (I read a review here, which lists the refrigerator from the amenities, the review is apparently custom-made, there is no refrigerator, products and in my case medicines have nowhere to put them for preservation, a refrigerator is not a solution at the reception, you don't run into there, like a prestigious hotel, but by what standards does it work that without a refrigerator in No, it's not clear. I've never seen anything like this anywhere, in the most remote hotels there are refrigerators.
There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom, there was a heavy downpour, I got my shoes wet, and I went in a damp two days, I did not dry the laundry, washed, but they come with children, they constantly need to dry something, it's amazing that there is an iron and ironing board in the room (does not replace a heated towel rail).
The maids go very late, after 15 o'clock, on the second day of my stay they did not come to take out the garbage or change the towels, only after calling the reception. But on the day of departure (I left in the evening, but the room would have been paid until morning). the maid knocked, but not in order to do something to me or offer to take out the same garbage, but in order to clean the room after check-out, although check-out was not soon. Apparently there's a problem with the maids.
The only good thing is the location of the hotel, the metro is nearby, the train station and the large Minsk city moll shopping center and the Green grocery store in it.

She lived in May 2024. I really liked the hotel. Walking distance from the train station, near the metro station of 2 lines, shopping center. It's just fine for Hampton, above its stars. I liked the hotel as a whole. We stayed for one night as a family. The room is standard, large bed + extra sofa bed. The room itself is not large but cozy enough. There are all necessary accessories including toothpaste and brushes. What did you like: 1) a comfortable high bed 2) there is a Parking lot 3) the location is right in front of the shopping center 4) relatively good breakfasts. What I didn't like: the extra sofa bed is very creaky (my son likes to toss and turn at night).

Hampton by Hilton Minsk City Centre turned out to be an excellent choice. At first it seemed to me that its location was not the most convenient, but in fact everything turned out to be different. Independence Square can be reached in just 10 minutes: either through an underground round-the-clock passage under the railway station, or through the interchange to Independence Avenue, going to Minsk City Mall.
The hotel was pleasantly surprised by its service. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the breakfasts are delicious and hearty.
Among the minor disadvantages: in hot weather (up to +30 °C), the room was a little stuffy when checking in. The next day, I left one card in the room for the air conditioner to work, which improved the situation. There are also no toothbrushes in the hotel, they can be purchased at the reception. The lobby bar is open until midnight, which is a nice bonus.
Overall, the hotel left a positive impression and I recommend it for a stay in Minsk.

Minuses:
1) Our room was a bit "tired". There are scuffs on the furniture and in general in the repair.
2) At breakfast, a friend came across a metal piece in an omelet. And a friend got a tomato in the mold. Very moldy.
They left a letter of apology in our room from the chef with a fruit plate.

I really liked the hotel. Convenient location from the railway station and metro stations. The room is comfortable, slippers, towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo (everything is standard here), bathrobes on request, bring them quickly, comfortable beds, kettle + mugs + tea.
The girls administrators are sooo customer-oriented, all issues were resolved very quickly and calmly. We extended the room on the day of departure for 2 hours (free of charge;)).
The breakfasts are good, there were plenty to choose from in 3 days. You can't fit everything into one review.

Excellent location (near the metro, train station and shopping center). Many attractions can be easily reached on foot. The rooms are small and cozy. There is a parking lot. The exit to the avenue is convenient. The breakfasts are mediocre, but what do you want from the buffet?
