Hampton is fantastic for what it is. A 3 star hotel. If you expect more than that, then i guess this is not a hotel for you. Honestly lately they increased there prices and it doesnt make sense for the 3 star category to be inline with 4 stars. Thats why i didnt give them a 5 star review. Other than that they are clean and nice and the staff is friendly

First of all, I want to point out that I have Hilton Honors Diamond status. I've had the opportunity to stay at many Hilton hotels around the world. But I've never seen such bad attitude anywhere. Two women working at the reception. Milena and Sofiya really did everything they could to make things difficult for us. We waited 3 hours to check in. Our reservations were cancelled and we were told to reschedule. They charged us extra for one day even though we didn't have accommodation. They also claimed that the room was smoke-free and demanded 10,000 rubles from us at the reception, even though we didn't smoke in the room. And no official documentation or warning was made for this.
