In February 2025, I stayed at a hotel in the very center of Turkestan, and overall I was satisfied with my stay.
**Advantages:**
- **Convenient location**: The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which is very convenient for exploring the sights and walking.
- **Cleanliness**: The room was clean and cozy, it felt like it was being closely watched. A comfortable environment creates a pleasant mood. Friendly staff.
**Disadvantages:**
- There is no minibar, and there is no bar in the hotel.
- The breakfast turned out to be quite modest and did not meet expectations. I would like to see more variety and high-quality dishes. The sausages were just rubber.
In general, if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay with a good location, this hotel is suitable. But keep in mind that with breakfast you should be prepared for the fact that he may not be pleased with his choice.

It's a very cool hotel, the lobby interior is gorgeous. The staff is polite, always prompt and direct. The rooms are cozy and spacious. A very huge TV. I came across a room with a view of the caravanserai. I advise you to choose this particular hotel when visiting Turkestan.

It is located in the very center of the historical part of the city. Within walking distance from the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmad Yassawi, the Park of the first president, the Caravanserai. A great place for a comfortable recovery after a hard day. It is clear that certain global standards of the Hilton chain are also present here, but there is also a local flavor that perfectly complements these dry standards with humanity. I have experience of staying in a hotel of this chain in Astana, and I will say right away that I would put one point higher here. Location plays a big role. Breakfast, in general, is standard and, despite the fact that I was given a continental breakfast due to early departure, I was kindly offered to choose from what was ready by 6:30 in the morning. The documents were promptly processed on the day of arrival for a report to my accounting department.

In principle, the hotel is good. He lived for 4 days. Cleaning every day. Water in the room. Breakfast buffet. By 4 points. Of the cons: thin walls and ants were running in my bathroom. A little, but unpleasant... And very incomprehensible elevators!!! Who live their own lives!

The location is 5 stars, the room stock is excellent. Cleaning and maintenance are excellent, prompt and timely. Good coffee at the reception. I recommend.
Upon request, an iron, a shoe spoon and a sewing kit were brought. I was surprised by the lack of bathrobes.
The breakfasts are ordinary. It doesn't hurt to freshen the towels.

The hotel can be said to be in the park. The park is gorgeous.
The hotel is super - the staff is very polite - I had to stay for a week, I went around everything 10 times.
The breakfasts at the hotel are delicious.
The hotel staff is very polite - a separate respect.
There was one time when two guys broke into the room without knocking to fix the TV - although I didn't ask…

Great location! However, it is not the first time to find the reception. The room is bright, cozy, warm. The main thing for me is pillows - here they are made of feathers. The rooms are already a little worn out and in need of repair.
When checking in, there was hair in the toilet (apparently the cleaner threw it and forgot to flush it). On the second day, the room was not cleaned at all until I called the reception.
The breakfasts are excellent, the choice is huge, for every taste and color)

Overall, I liked it.
Pros: Excellent location, right in the center of the city, the sights are just around the corner - the mausoleum of A. Yassawi, the Caravanserai, the Flying Theater, the Uly Dala Fir Museum. It was a good breakfast, although the hot stuff cooled down quickly.
I got on the action, as a result, I paid with a 50% discount for accommodation.
Cons: it was very cold in the lobby, you can see the air conditioners were working at full capacity.
I was unlucky, I checked in on 17 and there was no hot water for 2 days, as a result I caught a cold🤕

So everything is fine, clean, very comfortable beds. But there are also disadvantages, what I didn't like was that you can't open the windows in the room and there's practically nothing on the menu to eat, you have to go to another institution. But their breakfasts are great there, so let's say they brought you scrambled eggs or porridge and that's it, and there's a whole Swiss table! There are juices, coffee, tea, lemonade and of course water. There is a huge assortment of food: rice porridge,sauce,sausages, sausages, fried eggs are very tasty by the way! And there are a lot of sweets, croissants, dry fruits. And the rooms, of course, if you do something in them, are not big enough. By the way, the TVs in them are big!!!

Why didn't I set 5/5? The tiles in the shower are tired. It's already cracked. To find a hair dryer, you need to search with dogs or become a detective yourself.
The staff is sometimes dumb.

Of the advantages, I will note only the view.
Cons: the price does not correspond to the quality.
The shower room is worse than in the usual 3-4 star hotels, the tiles are made terribly, there is no door and all the drops are flying through the shower.
Breakfast in the lobby, somehow unsanitary.
1 coffee machine, a queue of 10 people for coffee at such a room rate. Juices do not renew, breakfast is meager.
It is clear that there was a race, but the lack of seats at breakfast is unacceptable.
