Overall, the experience is good. For $ 12 you get a bed in a room with blackout curtains, in good condition and always clean toilets, a simple breakfast. On the upper floor there is a terrace with a kitchen. One of the obvious disadvantages is that they don't give you a towel. I have to dry myself with paper towels after a shower:(
