They don't give you any information! Information is not tracked on the site. Terrible company, I will never send it to her again.

Terrible delivery times and terrible service. I ordered a parcel from Poland through them. Not only that, after delivery to the warehouse, the parcel was not detected in the system for a week, so after determination, it just lies in the warehouse for a month without movement. The support responds every other time with the phrases "wait". I do not recommend this company, there are analogues that work faster and their service is better.
