I want to share a story about how a business trip to Astana turned into a real lesson in humanity and caring. I was planning to take an international exam, but I broke my leg the day before. It seemed like everything had gone wrong... there was no ramp in the booked Hannah Inn, and I was only using a wheelchair. 😔 But, to my surprise and great joy, the hotel administration showed incredible understanding! They not only made a discount, but also promised all possible help. And they kept their word! ❤️ The Hannah Inn turned out to be clean, cozy and very welcoming. The breakfasts are simply delicious! But the main thing is the people who work there. The administrators, like guardian angels, supported me on crutches, carried my wheelchair, helped me get into a taxi, met me, advised interesting places.… They surrounded me with such care that my "unusual" stay became comfortable and even inspiring. 🥰 Many thanks to all the staff of Hannah Inn for your kindness and responsiveness! You have turned a difficult situation into a warm memory. This hotel is a real godsend! I definitely recommend it to everyone and I will definitely return there again when I am in Astana. 🤗

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Clean rooms, slippers at the entrance, a cafe with reasonable prices for breakfast, clean bathrooms and a shower. But there was no Internet in the rooms. I even asked for a replacement number, but we couldn't find an internet connection at all. We all worked from the cafe. And I work with people, I need to communicate all the time. It was not convenient to get out of a public place. The naughty barmaid turned on the TV loudly.
