The flowers are of very poor quality. Immediately in the evening, we contacted the manager, to which we received an answer that everything was fine, it was just that I did not understand colors (allegedly!). The next morning, at the slightest touch, the petals simply flew off. Very sluggish, with signs of rotting flowers (which, by the way, the seller called "the freshest")!!! After several of my threatening messages that I would complain about them, the seller agreed to replace the bouquet. They brought a new one. But! Most importantly, the impression of the mother, who was given a bouquet for her birthday, is spoiled, the mood is too! I do not recommend this delivery to anyone!! Two stars only for the replacement of the bouquet

It's not the first time they give flowers from that flower garden and the flowers are always absolutely not fresh. The bouquet did not even stand for a day, it was certainly beautifully packaged, but that on the second day half of the peonies and bush roses withered too much. The bouquet cost more than 300 rubles. This is piggish, I understand that a man will not pay attention to the quality of flowers. Sellers do not work for reputation, and chasing instant money would be a way to sell. If you buy flowers there, it is better to choose them yourself without taking them to the seller.

The most terrible attitude towards customers in Brest!
I wanted to order two bouquets for my mom's birthday via instagram, I wrote in three days
I checked the prices to choose flowers for my budget and the budget of another family
As a result, they replied the next day that out of my choice on their history, only one bouquet is available
I asked for help with the selection of bouquets that will be available and clarified that I need two bouquets for a certain amount (80-150 rubles)
They posted stories on Instagram all day and later , when their work was closed , they just read my message and did not respond
I realized that it had already taken two days to choose a bouquet through this store
I wrote them a message that I "thank" them for such an attitude towards customers
Again, the message has been read and there is no response to it
I do not recommend this flower shop, there is no better Jardan in Brest, at least they treat you as a customer and with respect!
P.S. Can you at least answer something here ?

I urge the customers of this store not to repeat my mistakes.
I ordered a bouquet for my mother on her birthday, selected from the ones offered on the site, specifying in advance whether they would be able to repeat it (the answer was positive).
On the day of delivery, photos were not provided in advance for approval, but I was calm, since the photo was taken from the website of the same store and they also confirmed the replay.
It's a pity that nowadays there are still people who can act so dishonestly and ugly as you can see in the attached photos, "before/ after" as they say. The photo was sent by my mother after receiving the flowers.
It is a pity that in such a wonderful field of celebration, gifts, beauty there are shops like this.

They did not warn that instead of peony-shaped roses and lilacs there would be ordinary roses and some kind of weed. The composition was not composed at all. As if it had fallen into my hand, and wrapped with crumpled decorative paper. Although I called to clarify whether the order was accepted (which they could not find for a very long time for some reason) and whether everything would be fine with the bouquet. As a result, we confirmed that the order was accepted and everything will be fine. My request to send a photo of the bouquet when ready was also ignored (and actually looking at the bouquet it is clear why). No one responded to Yandex.Direct. Naturally, they did not publish a review on their website either. And Instagram comment (completely adequate and honest) they deleted, and then blocked both on Instagram and by phone number) And in principle, they completely ignore negative reviews and do not even want to apologize) Horror in general, it is clear that my mother was happy with these flowers, but I am completely dissatisfied, since the money was paid for something completely different!
