on 31.03.2026, at 18:00, my brother and I went to the Happy Center in the Islambey Neighborhood of Eyupsultan district of Istanbul to apply for a job. First of all, we filled out the CV document and left. About 10 minutes later, they called us again to give us the paper for preparing the documents for hiring. We went again and got the documents delivered. 01.04.2026 so today at 12:30 we prepared the documents and took them back to the Happy Center. We went to the information processing room. The employee there said that officials from human resources will arrive today, we need to make a few signatures to speed up the transactions, and this way we can be hired as soon as possible. Then a tall blond guy who said he was the manager of the place came and said we weren't hired directly. We were surprised and when we asked why, he said that we had worked in the Flat Office before. My brother also stated that there are many precedents that fight and enter there, while he himself left properly and could be hired if he left again. Thereupon, he said, “Leave the documents, maybe we'll call later,” as if he were performing a verbal acrobatics. I said, "Then why did the gentleman yesterday have these documents prepared?” when I asked, he replied with a superior attitude as “I am the manager of this place, he is my assistant”. I told him that we didn't know who was who, that we were called here and that we were asked for these documents. He said again, “There is no need at the moment” and closed the subject. It really can't be such nonsense. Such a style is unacceptable. As if to satisfy his ego, he showed an uncomfortable approach with his attitudes, looks and speeches. You can't play with people's emotions like that. This complaint will not stay here. The requested documents are documents that make people busy both financially and spiritually. I complain because they take these things for granted, make people bother and victimize them by treating them this way. My request to you is that as Happy Center, such people who will make you look bad should not be authorized and necessary actions should be taken. I ask that the necessary be done.
