She changed the expiration date of the passport because her database did not let her through, she did not inform us. It turns out that the validity period of the passport of departure abroad should be at least 6 months. We have a deadline of 5 months before the end of the passport. We have a panic baby in tears. I can only say a big thank you to the head of the customs checkpoint system, she took over all the agency's jambs and solved our problem. And we left thanks only to her. Kostenyuk is not competent, I do not advise anyone to contact this travel agency where employees work who do not know all the nuances of traveling abroad!!!
