Update: We managed to contact a representative of the service, who helped in every possible way to resolve the issue. I supplement the review - the service is not bad, it does its job. Minus the score for the connection, as an incentive for growth. In general, I would recommend the service and will continue to use it. In general, the service worked fine and made orders through it - everything was fine. But... On March 8, I made orders, after which the contractor called back and said that there were no flowers available. We agreed that the order will be canceled and a refund will be made. As a result: - all refund deadlines have passed - the support phone is unavailable - the chat on the site is not responding - technical support does not respond to email - viber, instagram is not responding - the money was never returned

We made a wholesale order of tulips here on March 8th for our employees, we were very satisfied. The flowers were fresh and, as we asked, in different shades so that iridescent bouquets could be made. The price, with delivery to Komsomolskaya 21A, was lower than on the market and in the crossings. The delivery, by the way, was free. We will definitely use the services of this company in the future.

Disgusting. I asked for a bouquet of gypsophila, they showed me a multicolored one, I paid for the bouquet. They just brought stupidly white flowers, not multicolored ones. I didn't ask for yellow tulips, they brought yellow ones. At least read what you have in your order or say that there is no such thing in stock. Stupidly throwing money away if you order on the Internet. Disappointed....

I paid for the order in advance , the money was debited , the order was not delivered on March 8 . It is not possible to get through . The whole day is in trouble , the holiday is ruined . When I managed to get through, they said there was no such order, after providing the receipt, the order was miraculously found, it's terrible.

DO NOT ORDER! We wanted to give mom a gift for Mother's Day. We chose a bouquet, ordered it, and paid for it. Before the delivery time, I specified whether it would be delivered. The answer was yes. The phone is no longer picked up (reset), the messages are read - there is no response. The gift was not delivered. Irresponsible people!!!
